REVELATION
The Revelation Series is currently the smallest scale system series in EDEN' modular WTE portfolio, designed to provide flexible, scalable, and highly efficient waste management and energy recovery. The system is compact and containerized, making it ideal for smaller-scale operations, localized waste management, and remote or off-grid applications.
SIZE & FOOTPRINT
The Revelation Series is a fully containerized system that is either in a 53’ Cargo trailer (RevelationMobile), or a 53’ container (Revelation), both systems will have twenty foot trailer for control room and control systems. Its compact design allows for easy transportation and quick deployment, making it suitable for both urban and rural environments. The system's size makes it ideal for businesses or municipalities with limited space, ensuring seamless integration into existing operations.
OPERATIONS
For the Revelation Series the average daily waste input is 2 (Mobile) to 3 (Standard) tons per day, depending on the density of the waste and efficiency the system is operating at (i.e. how many full batches of waste the system processes in a day). The Revelation is not designed to operate 365 days/year, but can if operated correctly, with normal days of operation likely being about 270.
CREW SIZE
The Operations of the Revelation Series can vary depending on the organization utilizing it. Two people need to be manning the system at minimum at all times, and the system may require additional personnel depending on several factors such as location, feedstock, and time in operation.
EASE OF CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE
One of the standout features of the Revelation Series is the ease of construction. Tanks, vessels, and reactors are the only custom-built components, while the rest of the system uses off-the shelf components, and all pipes and fittings will be components like Swagelok, which makes maintenance immensely simple.
This allows for straightforward construction and readily available parts for repairs and maintenance, minimizing downtime and reducing long-term operational costs. The modular nature of the system allows for easy scaling. Clients can add additional modules as their waste management needs grow, making it a future-proof solution.
PRICE
The base price for the Revelation Series is approximately $2 million USD for the Mobile and $3 million USD for the Standard, with variations depending on additional features or customizations. Pricing includes full installation and initial setup, with financing and leasing options available to accommodate different client needs. Annual maintenance, including parts and service, is priced at approximately 5% of the system's original cost, with adjustments for inflation.
